Il Borro will present its wines at the 53rd Vinitaly scheduled from 7 to 10 April 2019 at Centro Congressi VeronaFiere (Pad. 9, Stand C16).
Something new for this year will be the presentation of the first organic vintage of Alessandro dal Borro IGT Toscana 2015, top level wine of the Estate, a straight Syrah available just in a 1,5 liters Magnum size limited and numbered edition; Bolle di Borro Classic Method Rosé 2013, which is matured on the yeasts for 60 months rather than the 48 months of previous vintages. The Sangiovese shows off all its elegance in this metodo classico, with a fine, persistent perlage resulting from the lengthy maturation; and the first Grappa del Borro Riserva 2018 (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah), exclusively made from the pomace of the same grapes destined to the production of Il Borro Wine grown in the estate’s vineyards.
The winery will offer tastings of the following wines: Il Borro IGT Toscana 2015 (Organic), Petruna in Anfora IGT Toscana 2017 (Organic), Polissena IGT Toscana 2016 (Organic), Pian di Nova IGT Toscana 2016 (Organic), Borrigiano Valdarno di Sopra DOC 2017 (Organic), Rosé del Borro IGT Toscana 2018 (Organic), Lamelle IGT Toscana 2018 (Organic), Vinsanto del Chianti Occhio di Pernice 2012 and Grappa del Borro 2015 (Organic) .
