How to enjoy it
Intense gold green color, intense bouquet and intense taste: this is the blend that best expresses the essence of Il Borro.
To the nose, it reveals an excellent floral bouquet, a grassy scent with hints of fresh almond. On the palate it confirms the aromatic notes perceived by the nose, light almond at the beginning, followed by a medium bitterness with notes of artichoke. A light spicy note which gives structure to the oil. Harmonious, complex and balanced.
