Golden green colour, rich floral bouquet and intense flavour, the blend best expressing the essence of Il Borro.
To the nose, it reveals an intense floral bouquet, fresh grassy scent with hints of fresh almond.
The aromatic notes perceived by the nose are confirmed on the palate, starting with a slight hint of almond followed by a bitter middle note containing hints of artichoke. A somewhat sharp note adds structure to the oil. Harmonious, complex and well-balanced.
PAIRINGS: Perfect on tomato salad, bruschetta or grain soups. Definitely worth trying on roast fish.
