Olive oil has always been an essential element in the synthesis of tradition and innovation, of nature and excellence and at Il Borro these considerations have always been combined with deep respect for the Earth: the production of the oil is entirely in-house, to guarantee its quality. Added to this a total of 30 beehives have been installed in the nature reserve so honey can be produced entirely organically.
